I initially had a treatment at a different provider. The results were OK, but something didn’t feel quite right. I decided to get a touch up session, and the price I was quoted was ridiculous. I had had consultations at quite a few clinics, but most of them seemed more interested in pushing their finance packages than talking through my hair issues and expectations of the treatment, and this really put me off.
